After two weeks, the quote is expired and pricing is subject to change. A non-refundable retainer of twenty-five percent is due to reserve the event date. After the quote is finalized, the retainer, and agreement must be submitted within 5 business days. Final payment is due two weeks prior to the wedding date. Deposit is non-refundable. Cash, Checks, and all Major Credit Cards are accepted. Credit card convenience fee may apply. Weddings or Events reserved within two months of the event date must deposit fifty percent. Checks can be made out to Beth Cranford Floral Designs, LLC and mailed to 502 Bismark Street, Bay Saint Louis, MS 39520. A service fee of $30.00 is required to cover bank fees incurred on any returned check. After the third attempt to contact the customer with no resolution on the returned check, legal action will be initiated to protect the interests of the company.

Flower Selection & Pricing

Quotes are put together with careful consideration with the Bride and Groom’s vision in mind. Custom recipes are created for BCFD to reference for pricing/quoting. Flower selections are subject to seasonality and availability. BCFD Designers reserve the right to substitute in the event the flower is not available or arrives in poor condition due to crop, weather, and/or shipping issues. Each designs’ recipe is created based on the Wedding Date’s fresh flower market availability and pricing.

Changes & Cancellation

In the event of changes--Any changes to the invoice must be made and approved by BCFD no later than ONE MONTH prior to the event date. Additions made after one month will be invoiced separately and payment is due when ordering. Cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis. Any cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the event date are subject to full payment. Postponements: In the event the wedding or event is postponed, the non-refundable retainer is transferrable and will be applied to the original contract—floral substitutions may be considered. Changes in the contract could change pricing structure.

Design Changes

In the event of a venue change due to a weather event or other unforeseen issues, the client must provide a clear back-up plan 48 hours prior to the event date. Delivery, Set-up, Installation, and relocating designs are quoted based on the information provided in the initial consultation. Additional Fees may be charged if there are unexpected/unplanned labor required on site due to changes made to your design or logistical plan. All policies are subject to change and under the discretion of the owner of Beth Cranford Floral Designs, LLC. Clients will be notified if notable changes are made to the current policies.
